TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Bookings are taken at a first paid, first booked basis. Bookings are only secure once booking for AND payment have been received.

2) Seller space is one trestle table (1.8m x 75cm) at $40 each. Chairs will be provided for each selling space. Multiple tables can be booked, but organisers reserve the right to limit table allocation.

3) Set up for sellers is strictly from 8.00am to 9.15am. Sellers who arrive after this time will forfiet their table & will not be refunded. Organisers will fill unused tables as they see fit.
4) Sellers are to enter/exit via the door nominated as the 'sellers entry / exit' only. No entry / exit via the any other entrance. No entry or exit via the sellers entrance during 9.15am - 1.00pm is permitted.

5) The fair will be open to buyers from 9.15am and will finish at 1.00pm. sellers are required to trade until 1pm - no early packing up.
No early exit will be allowed.

6) All traders are to wear badges at 9.15am. Any person without a name badge is not permitted anywhere in the trader's areas, or in the hall while setting up.
